The Clients are recommended to apply for e-commerce PIN security codes by SSL-3D Secure, SecureCode by Mastercard.

Credit Cards Charges

VIGANOBOUTIQUE.COM has up to 30 calendar days to confirm the staus and the availability of the merchandise and to verify the transactions by contacting the Client's bank for approval. Once the Client's bank approves, the Credit Card is charged and the status is authorized.

VIGANOBOUTIQUE.COM charges the Credit Card as soon as the Client places the order. The amount will be debited to the Client's account according to the agreement with the bank.

Bank Wire Transfer

VIGANOBOUTIQUE.COM accepts bank wire transfers as alternative payment method.

To order by bank wire transfer, Clients have to send an e-mail to: info@viganoboutique.com. Their e-mail must contain their first and last name, shipment address, telephone number and the codes of the merchandise they have ordered. The Clients will then receive an e-mail to confirm merchandise availability, the amount and all data for bank wire transfers.

Credit Cards Currency

Credit Cards will be debited in Euro. As far as the exchange rate is concerned, the final amount will be calculated by applying the exchange rate of the day the bank processes the transactions.

Credit Card purchase - First time Client

We remind the "First Time Clients" that VIGANOBOUTIQUE.COM will ask Banca Intesa - San paolo spa to contact their bank in order to approve the charges. This process will delay immediate shipping.

For "First Time Clients", VIGANOBOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to send the merchandise to the Credit Card billing address.
