VIGANOBOUTIQUE.COM shipments regarding exotic pelts to non EU Countries require an extra document to be shipped. This is called C.I.T.E.S. (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna).

This document is the passport of the article and explains that this does not come from an animal living in the wild but from an animal bred specific for commerce. For more information, please visit: www.cites.org.

This document comes from the Fishing Wildlife and Game Custom's Office and the procedure to obtain it can last till 14 days.

To release documents, C.I.T.E.S. requires the fiscal invoice and so the Client's Credit Card will be debited for it before shipping.

Because of standard processing time for the documents, shipment will be delayed.
